POLICY

1. Service DescriptionCheckForFavor specializes in custom-coded website development tailored to your specific project scope and design requirements. Each project is unique and developed individually based on our agreement.

2. Order Completion and DeliveryAn order is considered fulfilled once the website has been:fully developed according to the agreed specifications,thoroughly tested for quality and functionality, anddelivered to the client in the agreed format (e.g., uploaded to the client’s server or handed over files).At this point, our service obligations for that project end unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Project TimelineWe agree on a project timeline before starting development. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.

4. Changes and RevisionsMinor revisions within the agreed project scope are included. Additional requests beyond the original agreement may require a separate agreement and will be billed accordingly.

5. Cancellation PolicyBefore project start: You may cancel the order, but a cancellation fee may apply to cover initial preparations.After project start: Cancellation is generally not possible, as significant time and resources have already been invested. Any work completed will be billed.

6. Refund PolicyDue to the bespoke nature of our services and the extensive time and effort involved, refunds are not provided once the project has started. Please ensure all requirements and expectations are fully clarified and agreed upon before the project begins.

7. Support and MaintenanceSupport beyond project delivery is available upon request and can be arranged via a separate support or maintenance contract.

8. CommunicationWe maintain regular communication throughout the project duration via your preferred channels (email, phone, video calls). Prompt responses from clients are essential to keep the project on track.

9. Customer ResponsibilitiesTo ensure smooth fulfillment, customers agree to:Provide timely feedback and required content/materials.Supply access credentials (hosting, domains, etc.) if applicable.Review deliverables within agreed timeframes.Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

10. LiabilityOur liability is limited to the scope of the services provided. We do not accept liability for indirect damages or losses.
